Util to (batch) modify .SCC files
Some files out there are not fully compatible with the EIA/CEA 608 standard, and especially Avid Mediacomposer does not like these files.
This thing can fix the trouble, and / or recalculate new TC.
Do test with the demo before you buy it. If the demo does not give you a working file, the paid version will neither!
